Tom Mendenhall, and his son Vince, founded the Historic Railway Restoration Corporation. Tom Mendenhall has spent over twenty-five years in the streetcar and locomotive industry, volunteering his time at various museums, working as a transportation subcontractor, and finally starting his own streetcar restoration business.
